What is Sumerian Comics?
Sumerian Comics is a comic book publisher/vendor that creators and brands use to design, manufacture, and ship their products to fans and companies worldwide. You will notice products come directly from the Sumerian Comics warehouse, which is also home to our talented customer service team at info@sumeriancomics.com.
We help creators create amazing comic books for both distribution to retail stores and sales via our website. We handle all aspects of publication, marketing, and online-sales fulfillment.
A division of Sumerian Records & Films. Selling over half a million comic books yearly with global distribution from Simon & Schuster and others. Sumerian is known for its licenses like American Psycho, Basic Instinct, among others and its original music tie-ins with bands like Bad Omens, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and more.
How Long Does Shipping Take?

Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday-Friday, 10 am to 4pm CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.
Orders will ship Monday of every week following successful completion of your order.
*NOTE: Delays are to be expected during new releases, holidays, etc.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions:
Total distance between recipient and our warehouse.
Whether your parcel is a domestic or international shipment.
Which delivery method was selected at time of purchase.

MEDIA Mail: 2-8 Business Days
USPS First Class: 7-10 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
DHL eCommerce: 3-8 business days ($100 insurance included)
UPS Ground: 2-5 business days ($100 insurance included)
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days ($100 insurance included)

DHL eCommerce International Priority: 4-12 business days ($100 insurance included)
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days ($100 insurance included)
USPS Priority International Express: 3-5 business days ($100 insurance included)
USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days ($100 insurance included)
USPS First-Class International: 7-21 business days ($100 insurance included)
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made with the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have the same information as provided by the tracking number found in the email received upon your order being fulfilled.

All shipping rates vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
Domestic vs International shipments
Total weight of package
Selected shipping method
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
Do You Take Submissions?
Yes! While it might seem like our focus is on our licensed titles like American Psycho, Basic Instinct, and others, we love our original titles. We offer various deal structures and although we are unable to respond to all submissions, we take a look at every one! An important note is that our release slate is much smaller and curated than others. We take pride in each and every single one of our releases and how we market and solicit each.

Do You Take Submissions?
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your ORIGINAL delivery date.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis. Undergarments and other intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return/exchange.
Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:
Items you want to be exchanged or refunded
Address to send shipment back to in the case of an exchange, if different then original shipping address
Your order number (Example: 00001).
If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.
We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*
We do not accept C.O.D. parcels*
Shipping is NOT refundable.
Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange. If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. At any time during that process, our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
Limited Edition items that are no longer is stock may not be eligable for return if the return is due to an error caused by the custumer at the time of sale.
