What is Sumerian Comics?
Sumerian Comics is a comic book publisher/vendor that creators and brands use to design, manufacture, and ship their products to fans and companies worldwide. You will notice products come directly from the Sumerian Comics warehouse, which is also home to our talented customer service team at info@sumeriancomics.com.
We help creators create amazing comic books for both distribution to retail stores and sales via our website. We handle all aspects of publication, marketing, and online-sales fulfillment.
A division of Sumerian Records & Films. Selling over half a million comic books yearly with global distribution from Simon & Schuster and others. Sumerian is known for its licenses like American Psycho, Basic Instinct, among others and its original music tie-ins with bands like Bad Omens, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and more.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders will ship Monday of every week following successful completion of your order.
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Please check our shipping page for details on specific locations.
2. What are the international shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you select at checkout. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Will I be responsible for customs duties and taxes? Yes, as the customer, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that your country may impose. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and will be determined by your local customs office.
4. How long does international shipping take? Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that customs processing may also cause delays, which are beyond our control.
5. Do I need to provide my phone number for international shipping? Yes, please ensure you include a valid phone number when placing your order. This is important for the shipping carrier or customs authorities to contact you if necessary. If your package is returned due to the inability to contact you, you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped.
6. What if my package is delayed or held in customs? While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. If your package is held by customs, it is your responsibility to work with local authorities to release the shipment.
7. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping? We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. However, once the package has left our facility, any issues that arise during transit, including lost or damaged goods, must be addressed with the shipping carrier.
8. Can I track my international order? Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may be limited in some countries, depending on the carrier.
9. What should I do if I need to return an item? If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
10. Are there any restrictions on what can be shipped internationally? Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in some countries due to local laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with your country’s import regulations. We are not responsible for items seized or destroyed by customs.
11. Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped? Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order.
12. What is Media Mail shipping?
Media Mail® is a cost-effective way to send eligible books, media, and educational materials. You can only send certain types of media: If you try to include anything that’s not allowed, you may have to pay additional postage upon delivery. All Media Mail packages are subject to opening and inspection by the Postal Service. Also please note that USPS Media Mail does not come with insurance coverage. If you are unsure please feel free to check the USPS's website for more information.
Do You Take Submissions?
Yes! While it might seem like our focus is on our licensed titles like American Psycho, Basic Instinct, and others, we love our original titles. We offer various deal structures and although we are unable to respond to all submissions, we take a look at every one! An important note is that our release slate is much smaller and curated than others. We take pride in each and every single one of our releases and how we market and solicit each.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday-Wednedsay, 10 am to 6 pm CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your ORIGINAL delivery date.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis. Undergarments and other intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return/exchange.
Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:
Items you want to be exchanged or refunded
Address to send shipment back to in the case of an exchange, if different then original shipping address
Your order number (Example: 00001).
If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.
We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*
We do not accept C.O.D. parcels*
Shipping is NOT refundable.
Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange. If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. At any time during that process, our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
LTD or Limited Edition merchandise
All LTD or Limited Edition merchandise sales are final after 24 hours the purchase is completed.
Limited Edition items that are no longer is stock may not be eligable for return if the return is due to an error caused by the custumer at the time of sale.
